High Chair Julianna

She stole my heart today - she kept saying 'da da' at church AND didn't spit up on me. She's growing up fast: chowing down on rice cereal, sleeping for longer stretches, going to bed without a fuss, holding her own bottle, and even scooting along on the floor. We're all so happy to have her (almost) ALWAYS smiling face!

Bobbleheads on the Big Screen

TJ and Toby made the jumbotron at the same time that Chase Field was announcing "Supporting Adoption" - actually Families Supporting Adoption, the group we were attending the game with! They were all pleased with their Stephen Drew bobbleheads (although Heather was MUCH happier with renting a "Nancy Drew" movie later on). Dbacks won this game in extra innings - we heard it on the radio as we were driving home (after riding the lightrail back to Mesa)!

Lightrail TRAIN Ride

Toby is still talking about the Dbacks more than a week later - his favorite part was the train ride on the new lightrail mass transit for Phoenix. We had to talk Heather into joining the boys for a Saturday baseball game. She claimed it was boring, but we liked having her (and her diary/writing pad and fuzzy pen) along! TJ ate his ceremonial big rice krispie treat so fast that we had to take a 'pretend' staged picture. He says Toby ate most of it . . .
