White stuff fell from the sky for just a few minutes . . . now maybe we'll start wearing jackets!

Clean-up, Play, & Bake

Susan was AWESOME on Christmas and made breakfast (with Grandpa), pumpkin rolls, Lion House rolls, yummy chowder, and just made the house smell GOOD!

Grandma & Grandpa J Gifts

Julianna LOVES the playmobil from Grandma (even though it was for Toby - that's ok, because Toby has taken over Julianna's dump truck from Santa), Heather says homemade doll clothes are SO much better (and softer), and TJ must be growing up because he was EXCITED to get clothes! We got Grandpa a blue VW bug - we couldn't find his original one on craigslist, so we got him the lego one (all put together already) . . .

Santa's Gift

TJ FINALLY found an ipod touch in the toes of his stocking, Toby got his coveted lighter (in the shape of an M16 - he is really excited about becoming a scout . . . in 2 more years), Heather got a student violin, and Julianna got to go back to sleep

Homemade Pizzas (Instead of Chimichangas)

One tradition was 'updated' so the kids would eat more of the Christmas Eve dinner - pizza instead of chimichangas (they were moved to Grandpa's birthday so that more adults would be in town to enjoy them)! It was very yummy and went perfectly with the awesome weather and the roaring fire in the fireplace (don't tell the 'no-burn' police)!

We were the 'steadies' in the family and joined Grandma and Grandpa on Chirstmas Eve for the traditions
